Scripture Letters (Dear Chris Cornell)

Dear Chris Cornell:

It was sad to hear about your death, and an even more somber thought (Daniel 12:2) to ponder where you went for eternity after committing suicide. I don't know if you had a personal relationship with Jesus before you died or not, but I trust that you had all the opportunities afforded to you to accept Him as your Lord and Savior during your lifetime. (2 Peter 3:9) And while others and I will miss you on earth, we do have your music that you left behind. And as we continue to listen to your music, we will be reminded of the awesome man and talent that God gave the planet for such a short period. (James 4:14) Our thoughts and prayers go out to your family (James 1:27) that are left behind with the hope and faith that God will take care of them as they get the chance to go thru this world hearing what their husband and father left behind for them to remember him by. And most importantly, wherever they go, my prayer is that they will learn about the wonderful love of the God who came to us to die for our sins and rise again to bring many people into glory with Him. (1 Corinthians 15:1-4)
